Shipping and Refunds

Shipping:

The shopping cart calculates freight based on weight only.  This is because shipments are made around the world, so the only reasonable way to estimate shipping is using weight which is a known factor for the cart.

EVERY order, once submitted and paid for, is assembled, packaged, weighed and processed. At that time, the actual cost of shipping is invoiced and if any additional freight has been charged by the shopping cart is automatically refunded on that day.

All shipping takes place the next business day following receipt of payment. When you provide your email, you will also know when your shipment is leaving as we will send you a note that payment has been received and your order is going the next business day.

Payment:

Prepayment is required prior to shipment of your order. As noted above, as soon as your payment is received, you will be notified of this and that your materials are being shipped the next business day.

All quotes have a 10 day limit due to the difficult freight costs. If you feel that you require more time to have payment submitted, let us know so we can work with you and update your quote prior to submitting payment.

Payment Options:

You are welcome to make payment via cheque/check or money order (must be negotiable outside your country of residence) or using your credit cards, but only through the secure internet site called PayPal (www.paypal.com). Credit cards are not processed here at all, so please do not send this information to us.

Refunds:

If you find that you have purchased something incorrectly and would like to return it for a refund, please contact us prior to sending so we will know why it is showing up! Once received your refund will be processed and mailed to you less a $10.00 charge to cover all the costs incurred with returns.

Damaged Goods:

If for any reason a material you have received is damaged, please let us know. This work is on an extremely tight budget, so the damaged goods will have to be returned to us so that we can take it up with the manufacturer and get a refund for them. As soon as the damaged goods arrive here, your replacement piece will be shipped out to you. You will not be required to wait.
